Architecture embodies dual nature in every aspect:

it is a sheltering shell, yet also a confining cage;

a harbor of refuge, yet also a carrier of culture;

a bond of coexistence, yet also a discipline of order;

a vein of inheritance, yet also a rigid fetter;

a sublimation of the spirit, yet also a restraint of convention.

Thus the contemplation begins. This photographic series turns its gaze upon space and humanity. Do we define the boundaries of space, or does space define our very existence?
